COVID Safety

AMCP is committed to providing a safe environment for attendees and staff to “Ignite Action Together” during AMCP Nexus 2021 at Gaylord Rockies — our first in-person event since Fall 2019. There will not be a virtual component in conjunction with the in-person meeting.

To maintain the health and well-being of all participants at Nexus 2021, AMCP is implementing the following procedures. Attendees that do not feel well will be strongly encouraged not to attend Nexus 2021.

Masks will be required for all indoor activities.

AMCP  will require that attendees provide proof of a COVID-19 vaccination before they will be permitted to attend Nexus 2021.

AMCP has partnered with VOW Digital Health to facilitate our COVID-19 vaccine validation protocol onsite on Denver. All attendees are required to complete the protocol prior to picking up their badges in the registration area located in the Aurora Ballroom pre-function.

The process will take less than five minutes, and you will need to have your license and your vaccine card ready to scan into the system.

Registered attendees will receive a text message from VOW Digital Health asking them to complete the COVID-19 vaccine validation protocol. Once you have completed the protocol, you will receive a VOW Verified confirmation. You will receive a text message with a VOW Verification code on Monday, October 18 that you will be required to show prior to picking up your badge.

AMCP will not have access to or keep records of your personal information. The VOW system will only let us know that your COVID-19 vaccination status has been verified.

Not fully vaccinated?  Email us at and we’ll assist you with following a separate protocol to verify a negative COVID-19 test 72 hours prior to arrival onsite.

Greeting Other Attendees

We will include ribbons in the registration area for attendees to indicate their comfort with social distance, elbow bumps, head nods, or hugs. If an attendee does not have a ribbon on that indicates their comfort level, we ask that attendees ask each other before shaking hands or hugging.

Hand Sanitization Stations

Hand sanitization stations are located throughout the meeting space.

Socially Distanced General and Education Session Rooms

Education rooms will be set with 3ft in between all theater seating and with six chairs at each round table.

Rapid COVID-19 Testing Available.

If you are not feeling well, AMCP will have EMTs onsite who can provide rapid COVID-19 testing.
