Exhibitor FAQs

We’re anticipating 2,000+ participants, inclusive of both member and non-member managed care decision-makers.
We are excited to host Nexus 2021 in person at the Gaylord Rockies in Denver. There will not be a virtual component in conjunction with the in-person meeting.
AMCP will follow CDC guidelines on masking indoors during the meeting and will communicate these safety recommendations prior to the meeting start date. AMCP has determined it will require that attendees provide proof of a COVID-19 vaccination before they will be permitted to attend AMCP Nexus 2021. We will provide additional information on how the vaccine confirmation process will be implemented for attendees soon. Learn more about AMCP’s COVID safety practices
The Exchange will not be socially distanced between booths or designate one-way aisles. The Opening Reception on Tuesday and attendee lunch in the Exchange on Wednesday will be offered in three different areas on the show floor to allow for ample room and increased sanitation precautions by catering staff.

Information on exhibiting at Nexus 2021, an up to date floor plan and the link to reserve your booth are available on the Nexus 2021 website.

Your 10x10 booth space includes one full conference registration and one Exchange only registration. AMCP carpets the aisles and exhibitors are required to carpet their exhibit space.

Each 10’x10’ exhibit includes 8’ back drape with blue, white and gray drape and a 3’ gray drape side divider. Booths 300 square feet or less also receive a 7”x44” identification sign. Exhibits do not include carpet, table, chairs, or any booth furnishing. Booth carpet is mandatory and materials can be ordered through the Exhibitor Services Kit.

The Exhibitor Services Kit will be posted on the Expo and Sponsor Information page on the Nexus 2021 website by late August. The Exhibitor Services Kit will have a list, contact information, and order forms for all Nexus 2021 vendors, including Freeman Services, our general services contractor, and Gaylord Rockies exclusives such as electricity, catering, and internet services.
Once you have purchased your exhibit booth, you will receive an email from Maritz Global Events, AMCP’s registration and housing vendor, with information on how to access the exhibitor portal to assign your booth allotment, book housing and register additional staff.
Cancellations must be emailed to Laura Larson, Assistant Director of National Meeting Sales at llarson@amcp.org. Exhibitors who cancel their booth will receive a 50% refund through Tuesday, Aug. 31. After Tuesday, Aug. 31 no refunds will be given on booth cancellations.
The Exchange includes (2) Science & Innovation Theaters, close to 300 scientific posters, and the pilot for AMCP Partnering, a new program designed to connect health care decision makers.
In addition, the extended Opening Night Reception on Tuesday evening from 4-7pm is hosted on the floor, as well as Wednesday lunch for all registered attendees.
A pre-conference info only attendee list with first name, last name, title and company will be shared with all exhibitors by Wednesday, Aug 25.
