Spotlight Sessions are thought leadership opportunities at AMCP national meetings offered in 15-minute and 30-minute timeslots in the Expo Hall during open Expo Hall hours.
Spotlight sponsors have the freedom to share insights, innovations, and offerings directly with attendees, without the need for prior AMCP review of the presentation.
Spotlight: 15 Minutes
Cost: $8,500 for members; $9,500 for non-members (exhibitors save $500)
Location: Open theater in Expo Hall with headsets for attendees
Seating: Informal seating available for approximately 50 attendees
Includes: Sponsors receive one full conference registration and access to lead retrieval for three licensed users.
Spotlight: 30 Minutes
Cost: $25,000 for members; $26,000 for non-members
Location: Open theater in Expo Hall with headsets for attendees
Seating: Seating available for approximately 50 attendees
Includes: Sponsors receive two full conference registrations and access to lead retrieval for three licensed users.
Payer Suite Spotlight: 60 Minutes
Cost: Starting at $45,000
Location: Private meeting room equipped with audiovisual for a presentation
Seating: Informal seating available for approximately 75 attendees
Includes: Breakfast or lunch options with hot buffet provided by AMCP. AMCP managed invitation and RSVP list to attendees of the sponsor's choice.
Sponsors receive three full conference registrations and access to lead retrieval for three licensed users.
Promotion and Marketing
AMCP promotes spotlight sessions in aggregate in one Attendee Insider newsletter sent to registered attendees prior to the meeting. Sessions are individually listed on the meeting website and in the meeting mobile app.
