Spotlight Sessions are thought leadership opportunities at AMCP national meetings offered in 15-minute, 30-minute, 60-minute, and 75-minute timeslots.
Spotlight sponsors have the freedom to share insights, innovations, and offerings directly with attendees, without the need for prior AMCP review of the presentation.* Session slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Spotlight: 15 Minutes
Cost: $7,500
Location: 600 sq. ft. theater in Expo Hall
Seating: Informal seating available for approximately 25 attendees

One Spotlight 15 session is available in each time slot.
Spotlight: 30 Minutes
Cost: $30,000
Location: 1,600 sq. ft. theater in Expo Hall
Seating: Seating available for approximately 50 attendees

11am, 11:45am, 12:30pm, 3:30pm - Wednesday, October 16
11am, 11:45am, 12:30pm, 2pm
One Spotlight 30 session is available in each time slot.
Spotlight: 60 Minutes
Cost: $45,000
Location: 1,600 sq. ft. theater in Expo Hall
Seating: Seating available for approximately 90 attendees

11:30am, 3pm - Wednesday, October 16
11:30am, 1:30pm
Two Spotlight 60 sessions are available in each time slot.
Spotlight: 75 Minutes
Cost: Starting at $55,000
Location: AMCP education session room.
Seating: Theater style seating for 200+ attendees
Availability: Two spotlight 75 sessions are available at AMCP Nexus 2024.
*Spotlight 75 sponsors work closely with the AMCP education team as the sponsor creates content for their session.
Promotion and Marketing
AMCP promotes spotlight sessions in aggregate in attendee newsletters sent to registered attendees prior to the meeting. Sessions are individually listed on the meeting website and in the meeting mobile app.
Additional advertising and marketing opportunities are available in the Nexus 2024 sponsorship gallery to promote speaking engagements, including hotel door drops and sponsored attendee emails.
