Exhibitor FAQ

How can I give my contractor access to the exhibitor forms?

Access to the exhibitor service centers will default to the primary exhibits contact on file. Only one primary contact is permitted per company. You may either share your login details with your team. Please remember to complete the Exhibitor-Appointed Contractor (EAC) form for onsite contacts during move-in and move-out.

Is there wi-fi in the expo hall?

Yes. Event-wide complimentary wi-fi will be available in the MGM conference center. Many thanks to Calliditas for sponsoring this essential resource!

How do I register my team for Nexus?

Exhibitors will automatically have their badge allotment loaded into the registration system for booth personnel. The primary company contact will receive an email from Maritz prompting them to assign one full-conference registration and two expo-only badges (per 10x10). Sponsorships that qualify for additional registrations will have their comps added to their booth allotment.

Where do I find...?

Can't find a form? Not sure what's due when and where to get it? A good place to get started on expo planning is our Exhibitor Resources page, where important documents, vendor contacts, links to service kits and social media images are organized for your convenience.
