Policy Summit Overview

The AMCP Pharmacy Policy Summit will be held on October 26, 2026, at the Gaylord Pacific, bringing together leading health policy experts to discuss critical topics affecting the pharmacy profession, especially managed care pharmacy. The health policy community continues to face uncertainty around key issues, including 340B, Most Favored Nation, cell and gene therapy financing, direct-to-consumer programs, Medicare Advantage, and ongoing state-level updates.  

AMCP members, patient advocacy groups, think tanks, and health care associations will engage in meaningful dialogue, network with peers, and explore solutions to the most pressing challenges facing pharmacy practice today.

Policy Summit Registration

Registration Rates:

  • AMCP Member: $575
  • Non-Member: $675

Register Now

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation of Policy Summit registration must be requested in writing and be received on or before Tuesday, August 11, to receive a refund less a $75 administrative fee.  After Tuesday, August 11, no refunds will be given.
  • Registrant substitutions will be accepted with written notification from the original registrant.  An administrative fee of $250 (other fees may apply for member to non-member transfers) will be assessed for the transfer. Only one transfer per registrant is allowed and transfer to other AMCP meetings is not allowed.  
  • If you cancel your registration on or before Thursday, September 24 and have hotel reservations within the AMCP hotel block, your hotel reservations will automatically be canceled. If you cancel your registration after this date you will need to contact the hotel directly starting Wednesday, September 30 to cancel your housing reservations.  
  • A valid photo ID is needed during registration check-in to obtain your badge and meeting materials.  
  • Membership fees or AMCP Foundation donations are non-refundable.   

Other Policies:

  • To be eligible for the AMCP member registration rate, you must be an individual member in good standing at the time of registration and the meeting.
  • AMCP collects information from its registrants (including names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses) that is available to exhibitors through the lead retrieval system. Further, AMCP may occasionally provide, sell or rent limited data to third parties involved in the meeting, including companies that offer products and services for sale to AMCP's members and attendees. Attendees may opt out of receiving these emails through the AMCP Nexus 2026 registration system.   
  • Participation in the Policy Summit is entirely voluntary and requires attendees to abide by any applicable rules of conduct or local or state laws that may be announced at any time during the Policy Summit. 
  • AMCP takes collective photographs and videos of general meeting activity during the Policy Summit for AMCP use only for future meeting promotion.  AMCP photographs and video are not shared or sold to third parties.  By registering for this event, attendees consent to the AMCP photograph and video policy. 
  • By registering for this event, attendees agree not to use any form of artificial intelligence (AI) technology to record, transcribe, or reproduce educational sessions, presentations, or discussions in any format.
  • Attendee and exhibitor code of conduct prohibits solicitation of any kind outside of AMCP-approved exhibiting and/or sponsorship programs.
