When will I receive my order?
Production begins after the store closes. Please allow approximately two to four weeks for production and shipping.
Can I order after the deadline?
No. Once the store closes, all orders are submitted for production.
Where will my order ship?
Directly to the shipping address you provide at checkout.
Can I ship my order to my hotel for Nexus?
We don't recommend it. Production and shipping timelines begin after September 25, and hotels generally will not accept packages for guests who have not yet checked in. Ship to your home or office instead.
Why isn't affiliate or student chapter merch available?
Not this year. We hope to expand the store in 2027 to include affiliate and student chapter merchandise.
