Exhibitor Service Kit
An ExhibitorPro account is required to access Shepard's forms and order online. If this is your first time logging in and you're an assigned exhibitor, you'll need to reset your password to access the platform using the primary booth contact's email address on file with AMCP. (Contact exhibits@amcp.org to update your primary contact.) Advance discount for standard orders with Shepard ends on October 2, 2026. Exhibitor-appointed contractors (EACs) should register as a third party with Shepard and request access on behalf of their client.

Create an account in Gaylord Pacific's Boomer portal if you need:

- IT (dedicated LAN, high-bandwidth, etc)

Booth Profile & Account Management
Udate your company's public information before September 15. After this date, edits to company information must also be made directly in the mobile app, available Oct. 8.
- Log in to the Nexus Exhibitor Portal and select "Floorplan" from the menu
- Find and select your booth (highlighted in green)
- A lefthand sidebar with booth information will pop up. Click "Edit"
- Complete / edit the information, upload your company logo (250x250 px in PNG or JPG) and click "Save"

Wi-Fi in the Expo Hall
Complimentary Wi-Fi will be offered event-wide, including the Expo Hall, for all attendees. Information can be found in the mobile app and event signage by registration.
Exhibits Sales Office
Onsite booth selection for AMCP 2027 and Nexus 2027 will occur in our Sales Office in the Expo Hall. Nexus 2026 exhibitors and sponsors are offered the right of first renewal / refusal for Nexus 2027 opportunities and will receive personalized invitations during a priority reservation period. More details on the booth assignment process will be released in October.
Social Media Toolkit
A variety of customizable event-branded images are available for promotional use. Visit the Toolkit page on the event site, choose your custom options to personalize the LinkedIn frame, add your image, and save the file. Now you're ready to share it -- it's that simple!
Fraudulent Email & Phone Call Warning
Maritz is AMCP’s official housing partner for Nexus 2026. Any other company claiming to represent AMCP to offer you discounted room rates during Nexus 2026 is fraudulent. If you are contacted by a company misrepresenting themselves as AMCP’s housing partner, please contact AMCP immediately at meetings@amcp.org. Similar attempts have been made by companies falsely offering to sell attendee lists for marketing. AMCP does not sell or lease client e-mail addresses.
